Lovely pictures, but that is always true with you! What is your new lens? What magnification zoom?

And of course, not only are you an exceptionally talented photographer, you have such lovely subject on whom to practice!

It's a joy to see such wonderful pictures. You really captured some lovely expressions. Steve is a gorgeous orangie, he looks so goofy in the second picture, and Gigi's green eyes are beautiful! Isn't she just sweet in that last one.

It's way easier now to get into photography because digital provides instant gratification....no processing time! There are so many self-help books and courses available at your local community centers and on the internet. You should look them up, it's quite fun!

All I did was pick up a cheap camera to start with 6 years ago and starting shooting. The camera prices have really dropped so there is a camera for every budget these days.

Yes, glass is not so fun. You'll just have to stop by Toronto for the real thing.

Wow Karen, your comments are too nice. My technical aspects are way off in many of my photos.....still a lot to learn. But, thank you! And I'll pass the comments over to the kitties as well.

The lens is the Canon 100mm f/2.8 macro. It's quite bulky/heavy compared to my other lenses, so I really need to get the tripod out and work with it that way.
