I was late to work tonight, my alarm clock didn't chew on me. She's still feelin woozy.

Got the guesstimate from the Vet. Lady goes in for sir-jury on the 11th. I still need to ask the vet about tranquilizers for the human involved in this......

Yay! Let's just get this over with. No human tranquilizers, but maybe the humans get to have ice cream when it's all done?

So, what did the Guesstimate guess the lump/bump to be?

We'll memo the Prayer Team to crank it up on the 10th.

Someone is at the vet's office. They aren't sure what the lump is exactly, but the vet said that it's not uncommon in older dogs.

She tried to escape, forced her way out of the doors and almost got into the parking lot while I was filling out the paperwork.

The vet tech who took her to the back of the office was surprised that she was able to open the door, and told me "She's strong".....She has no idea how stubborn the mutt can be.

Hopefully Lady will be home tonight.

Lots of thoughts for Lady today. ( and the rest of you, waiting to hear is harder on us then them!) Those labbies (and mixes) and their lumps and bumps!!!

Cincy had 3 removed about 6 weeks ago, and already has 2 more. Right now we are in the watch mode, but when is very close to a previous lump (mammary area) so it is our highest concern.

Just got a call from the vet, Miss Lady is doing fine, but she's missing a toofer as well as some gum tissue. She can't have hard food for a few days, so I guess someone will be eating chicken and rice for a few days, because she won't touch canned dog food. (She's not spoiled or anything......)

The vet said the growth looked like an epulus, and said it's more than likely benign.

    Thanks for the prayers, guys.

I'm so pleased to hear your update on Lady. I hope she enjoys all that chicken and rice and getting spoiled over the next few days. She deserves it.
