Ours went from $3.99 to $4.09 Saturday!

There is more talk of it going up again here in NZ, at $2.09 a litre it is expensive enough

The only place I've seen it over $4 is at the small town gas stations. If you drive in the city where I work, it hasn't gotten to $4 yet. Plus I use regular gas, not premium.

In my last post I said that there were two stations with prices over $4.00. I drove by them today and one was at $3.99 and one was at $3.97!

Yesterday it was $4.39 a gallon - I haven't been out today to see what the new and improved price will be

My mom said she went by a station today that had advertised gas (regular) at $3.93 but when she pulled in there were small signs taped to all the pumps. Apparently they were out of regular and mid grade gas so they were selling the PREMIUM at the regular price - $3.93!!!!!!! A bargain even for regular, but for Premium it was a steal!

Dang, why don't I ever run across deals like that??

Paid $3.89 at lunchtime today. Down the street it was being sold for $3.99 and even further down the street it was being sold for $4.05. Someplace outside of Manchester (the big city) it's being sold for $4.15. But nobody is stopping there because it can be found cheaper down the road.
