Wow! They look like chipmunks storing up nuts for the winter! Nebo and Keva, please stop eating those mean old bees!

Tsk Tsk says RB Cody from above...

A master bee snapper he was! Until the one time he got bit hard. Acted kind of funny a few hours later and off to the vet. Had to take Benydral and get a shot. He had a bad reaction. Did it stop him? Did he learn his lesson? Yeah, right. Kept good, ole' reliable Benydral on hand.

    I've been Boooo'd!

Not that I want onlookers to think your dogs are dangerous...but would some kind of gentle muzzle keep them from snapping at bees?

    Just a thought!

probably not b/c those muzzles allow them to bark and drink usually and breath open mouthed - just right for snapping at buzzzying things
seems like it would be a lot of expense and work for that -
but as long as neither dog develops a full blown anaphlactic reaction to bee stings.....

NEBO and KEVA BEES are for HONEY Making not EATING!!

    Here we go again....

There's 2 distinct lumps so I think she got it twice. I pulled a stinger out of one of them. I keep a supply of prednisone on hand just for this purpose.

Oh no! Poor Keva. I hope Skya wasn't watching so she doesn't learn the trick.
I'm sure she is wondering why that big fly hurt her so bad.
So you are on #3 for the summer (even though summer is technically over).

Hey Nebo and Keva (Skya too) NO MORE BEES!!!!!
Our goal in life should be - to be as good a person as our dog thinks we are.

Thank you for the siggy, Michelle!

Oh no Keva! Well Amy, winter is coming. Of course my Layla managed to get stung or bit in January this year during a warm spell.

From the look on that cute little face, she doesn't really look like she has learned her lesson yet, either. Oh well, I hope she gets better soon.
