Thank you so much everybody. The tears come each time I read a post or look at his pictures. He was one of four furbabies in this household but his absence is felt so much today. I know that Andy is grieving too. Trevor was the *head kitty* around here. He didn't do anything to earn that distinction. He just fell into the role naturally. Whenever they were seen snuggling together it was because Trevor had found a cozy spot and then Andy snuggled up next to him. It was never the other way around. Trevor was the leader. He was also such a good boy.

He got into his share of mischief as a kitten of course. He knocked an antique candy dish, given to me by my mother, off a high shelf. We both watched it break into 1,000 pieces. He didn't even run away. He also chewed my wicker magazine basket and several cords on my venetian blinds. Oh and yes he also bent several of those blinds with his little kitty teeth. One morning I came downstairs to find that he had gotten into the Dunkin' Donut box and had a cream donut in his mouth. My other two poodles at the time were just standing there waiting for him to drop it, which he had no intention of doing. As he grew a little older, around the time that Andy came to live here, he was a totally mellow fellow who didn't let anything bother him. He taught Andy how to behave and that was a really big job since Andy was the real nawtee boy of the two of them.

He never minded living with canine siblings. He got along with them all. Nothing stressed or bothered him. I could certainly take a lesson from him. He was honored six years ago as Cat of the Day and it makes me happy to remember that special day. The link is here and it tells a little bit about him that some of you may not know about my special boy.

Pam, I'm so sorry to read about this. Trevor was such a cute boy; what a face he had and, judging from your tribute and what others here on PT had to say about him, he had the personality to match. Rest well, then play hard at the Bridge, Trevor. Peace to you, Pam.
    Blessings,
    Mary

I'm so sorry to hear about Trevor's passing. He was indeed a very handsome orange boy. The picture with his paw outstretched really does make you want to just reach in and touch him...

Play hard at The Bridge, dear boy, but remember to look in on your family as they are missing you.

    Hugs to you Pam.
