On the rear occasion when she'd "salvage" a pre-used stick by trimming off the damaged "ends"
and then recycling it back on the tabel, Dear ol Dad would spot the "used butter" and
make snide comments about "who ate the butter" throughout the meal.
What happened to "used butter"?
It went into her Butter Tub - the container she used for "cooking butter".
