    amazing bird!!... and much more amazing is how "tame" she seems to be....

    good luck with her.... I bet it would be hard to let her go.......if she ever wants to go... she seems so bonded to you...

    Such lovely colors on the waxwing. It sure is surprising how she has adapted and seems so tame. Not surprising that she did this with you. I do believe animals know when we mean them harm, when we are helping, etc. Hope she is healing well.
