Unrelated side note here....

I don't care for the terms of adoption from this place. If I went in there, despite the fact I work for a vet, all my pets are spayed/neutered, and all up to date on all vaccinations, they wouldn't allow me to adopt a cat????

"We now require proof of home-ownership due to some landlords not allowing pets."

What's wrong with getting a signed note from the landlord? Why should all renters be deprived of adopting a cat because of a few landlords? Why should the cats be deprived of a good home because of a few landlords?

Sorry personal rant there, I'll get off my soapbox now.
