As the day of my birth (plus a few years ) comes to a close, I can say that it was a SUPER day! I celebrated with my mom, sister and son early. Cake at 10 am tastes super. THEN, I treated myself to a wonderful workout. Yep. A workout. That was heaven, and I refused to allow myself to feel anything but totally in the minute. I will prolly pay for this big time tomorrow.

The day ends with a bowl of popcorn and the movie, "Santa Claus is Coming to Town" with my little boy. It doesn't get any better than this for me.
