Kay, happy birthday!!
Ohh dear, I know that feeling and it *hurts*. But I've come to realize that it's not really about celebrating our birthdays on that special day. It's really what they do for us every day - running errands, doing little favors, loving us for who we are (lol, that's a biggie).

I'm sorry your birthday hasn't been so great however I think Giselle is right ... everyday is special when you have people who love you for you. You are a very giving person and always the first to step up for others around you and that sets a very high standard. I know your family and friends appreciate you for who you are and all that you do for them - they may sometimes not know how to show it as well as you do. Take a long deep breath and do something special for yourself.
