It's official, I'm NEVER doing anything for anyone ever again, including my parents. I've done nothing today but lay in bed and cry. Nothing. I haven't even aten anything today. The only thing I wanted was to go out to dinner to "celebrate."

It's not my birthday, it's just another day, and my "friends and family" have well proven that.

Kay huney sometimes those closest to us can be the most insensitive. I am sorry that your friends and family have chosen to not acknowledge your birthday. Considering how wonderful a girl you are they really should consider themselves blessed to have you in their lives.

We'd take you out to dinner - someplace the muttlies could come and help celebrate - if only you were a tad - okay, several states - closer! All the birthdays in my family are sanfwiched in next to some other holiday or event - my birthday is the day after my Dad's but he can still never remember whether it is before his or after! But thankfully, we all know that about him - keeping track of birthdays was Ma's department - so there are no hard feelings.

Sending you great big hugs, okay? I'll try not to leave bruises, even.
