and thanks to everyone else for your good wishes.

This is probably my happiest birthday ever and it doesn't even have to do with my birthday. You see my son was married on Saturday to a girl that I truly do love. All that we as moms want for our children is that they be healthy and grow up and find happiness and that has happened for me now with both of my children. This was truly the best birthday present I have ever had! At the reception my new daughter-in-law's mother and myself were called up to the front and honored with a bouquet for each of us because her birthday was on October 26th and mine was coming up on the 5th of November. What a sweet gesture! These flowers are now in a vase, safe from my kitties!

The entire weekend that we spent attending the wedding (which took place in northwestern Pennsylvania in her hometown) was just wonderful. Thank you all again.

It has been a good one for sure.
