Wow how scary!!! I'm so glad that she was able to get it out of her body like that and I'm glad that she's doing well now. She sure is a cutie pie.

My Pearl ate part of a red elastic string from a toy that my mom gave to me. I didn't even notice it until she pooped it out and I thought that she was bleeding at first. This could've wrapped around her intestines and killed her. I'm so lucky and so is she. I threw the whole toy away after that. You can never be too careful with animals.

A long time ago there was a PT'er who posted a story about her cat eating her bra strap. She even had a picture of it after it was taken out of the cat. The cat had to have an operation to remove the bra strap and it was quite long.

You would think felines would have more discriminating tastes according to pet food commercials showing how finicky they are. Years ago when my son was a radio DJ, he wore a penis earring w/a condom on it to promote Safe Sex Day. (I stayed indoors and didn't answer the phone. LOL) He took it off at the end of the day, later discovered that it was missing. Turns out my RB Peeka swallowed it. I immediately called my vet and he said "Don't worry. Your cat will pass the penis." Words you hear every day, right? Honestly, it's like having kids sometimes! Glad to hear Luna is ok.
