MIQUELITO CAN BE ROUGH BUT HES JUST PLAYING A LITTLE , NOT REALLY ATTACKING. I HAVE TO WATCH WHEN HE AND TUBSTER ARE TOGETHER AS TUBSTER DOESNT THINK ITS FUNNY AND REALLY SWINGS AT THE SMALLER ORANGIE, HARD , NO FOOLING AROUND.
THEY NEED MOOSE ANGEL TO MEDIATE.

22 months is almost 2 years, which is quite a long time for them to get acclamated with each other.
I think it is best that you keep them separated while no one is around to supervise. What I would do is put Charlie in a room by himself and let Scooter, whose been there far longer than Charlie, have the run of the house.
Poor Scooter. I hope he's okay.
