You are keeping Scooter Bug safe and separated for now.

Emailing Nancy is a good idea.

Do you have a PayPal account?

Also - as you might have read - Nancy does not do this for the money. She might be more than happy to take post-dated checks or make other arrangements.

And for us here - do you have a PayPal account?

Good luck with getting things figured out - Nancy has been a tremendous help to many people and animals here.

    Thanks for the reply.

I sent Nancy an email already, I haven't told my husband. He will think it's a bunch of "hooey". But I've seen from everyone here what she can do, so I will give it a shot.

I do have a paypal account... I've asked Nancy how much she'll charge for a dual reading for both of the kitties.

I've been loving on my Scooter Bug... I can't feel any punctures, but they hide sometimes (from me). I'm keeping my eyes on him. I will be sleeping in the guest bedroom with him (hubby understands my need to be with my baby) and will continue monitoring him.

I will miss you forever, my sweet Scooter Bug. You were my best friend. 9/21/1995 - 1/23/2010

I'm so sorry to hear this. I sure hope that Nancy can help you and let you know why this is happening. I've been having aggression problems with Sunny and Storm because Sunny has decided that he wants to become the alpha cat now.

I've been using either the feliway plugins and spray or the pet ease plugins and spray to help to keep everyone more calm. Storm is also on an herbal pill supplement that helps him remain much calmer. Things are getting better but sometimes they still fight. In fact they had a squabble tonight. I wish I had more anwers for you but I don't. Good luck.

    So sad...

Poor Scooter. I am sorry you had to go through that! Hugs, loves and prayers to you! Keep us updated on the progress and the Feliway products really do help we used them with Pickles once she got so sick and was high strung...they are kind of pricey but well worth every scent...well for us they were. *HUGS* That's for you and Scooter!

I can only suggest that you keep the cats separated when you're not home to watch them. Some cats can be real love bugs with their people but hate other cats. I hope you can sort things out.

This is good advice. When I first got Specs, he thought he'd take over as Alpha male and my Boo disagreed. Now Boo is getting older, he's 16, and he's not as feisty as he used to be and Specs has calmed down considerably. However, as much as I love Specs, if the bad behavior continued, I would have rehomed him. I won't put my other cats in jeopardy and I insist on peace in my home. My home, not theirs. I do not allow my cats to run my house. I recall that when I first got Puddy at 5 weeks old, my vet told me to keep her isolated for 6-8 weeks, not just for health reasons, but also because male cats will kill kittens if given the opportunity. I said "No way. My Boo is a love bug." He said "If you don't take my advice, you could end up regretting it." I did take his advice and I'm glad. I'm also glad that Scooter Bug is ok. That's so scary. Sending good, peaceful vibes your way.....
    Blessings,
    Mary

Scooter and I had a calm night. He wasn't his usual cuddle bug though. I did get him to come to me this morning and he gave me a head bump.

I loved on Charlie a few minutes, even though I can't help but be angry at him. I know it's just what an animals instincts are.

I am just terrified he'll go too far and I'll find my Scooter Bug actually in pieces and gone when I get home one day. So, Scooter is set up in the guest bedroom... which none of the pets have been allowed into for months now, so it should feel more like "his".

    Thanks for the good thoughts.

Nancy emailed me back, she's backlogged and doesn't know how long it will take to get to my boys. $30 per pet. I guess for now I will see about having Scooter Bug done and if it helps any, get her to read Charlie sometime later.

Would she do a different rate for two cats, since they have been "involved" with each other?

Probably Scooter's digestion was upset by the attack...I am sure with his meowmy keeping him loved and safe, he will settle down soon. I am glad he is eating a bit.

I asked how much for a single kitty and how much for a dual reading of both kitties. $30 each was her reply.

I've sent her the photos of Scooter Bug and am awaiting my phone call. She advised that it would "be awhile" as she's busy right now.

Hoping this sheds some light on things. If nothing else, praying it lets me know Scooter loves me and is happy.

You gotta call me after she calls you and tell me all about it! Of course keep everyone else updated too...but you gotta call me! This is cool! Well...not the reason for it...but you know what I mean right? Lol! I'm a dork! I am of course worried about Scooter and Charlie and I am very sad that things still haven't worked out between them. I didn't mean to imply that the situation isn't a serious one. On a good note...once she calls and gives you good advice and insight...your hubby can't just ignore it! Huggells and Squishells and lovells and snuggells!

    Katjaye, but everyone calls me...

"And what is as important as knowledge?" asked the mind. "Caring and seeing with the heart," answered the soul.
