Snowshoes or Siamese??

Thanks for your help about snowshoes and siamese! It was really helpful when rosethecopycat said that a male would be better for my household. I actually have a Lynx Point Siamese named Nellie, very pretty and loving. I am looking to get a male Seal/Chocolate point of a snowshoe or siamese. Probably a Siamese, because it seems they aren't as rare and everybody likes them. But if a Snowshoe kitten comes along in a shelter, and it is a male, I just might get it. So thanks for your help and have a purrfectly wonderful Saturday! If anyone else wants to add about this, please do so! The more info/advice, the better! Thanks!

We had two Siamese when was growing up, both of which my dad had found as strays & brought home with him. One was a female that we named Tabby and the other was a male we named George. George was a huge cat, so I wonder if he was a Siamese mix. Aren't Siamese usually smaller? My brother took George with himn when he got married. Tabby was a little cat with a sweet personality. George preffered to lay around waiting for someone to feed him - he was a pretty cool cat though.
We had another cat named Bunny for many years. Bunny was white with one blue eye and one green eye. I have never seen another cat with that characteristic - it must be pretty rare.

Now what you would see in a shelter, known as a Snowshoe, aren't rare at all. They are not the purebred Shoes, they are mixes, of bicolor cats and Siamese.
These are the generally more laid back, less intense cats than the Meezers.
