Presidential Rallies?

No I haven't. They are always too crowded for me. I'd rather see them
in a speech setting with comfortable seating. The only national political
figure I've ever met up close was Texas Governor Ann Richards.She was
great to meet.

I wish I would have read your response before I went to the rally. There were over 1,000 people there and it was very crowded. Luckily, it was a nice day and I did get to see Bill & Hillary (even though it was between peoples gigantic heads).

We went around the back of the state house and waited for them to leave. After 2 hours they finally came out, jumped in their Suburbans, waved to the crowds (at least Bill did) and sped off.

I will watch them on t.v. too (unless I get a personal invitation to someone's home to meet them or an invitation to sit on the stage or the bleachers).

Oh well...live and learn.
