Thread: Pua's tragedy

    I am very happy to hear that Pua is getting well. I hope that this continues until Pua is better and i hope that somthing like this does not happen again!

    OMG Poor Pua! I'm glad to read that she's improving. It's true, stuff like this I don't often think about because I don't use rat poison...but that doesn't mean my neighbor does not. Even though my kitty is inside, things like this can happen (having them escape) and you never know what they'll get into.

    Please continue to get better Pua!

    Thank you. Sorry it took so long to update.

    It seems it wasn't poison after all. All her symptoms fit Streptococcal toxic shock. She was extremely lucky to survive.
