Thread: Officer 'forgets' K-9 partner in car.

    I wonder if he will ever have to repay the thousands of dollars it takes to train a police dog.....any damage to police property by a citizen and it's a huge restitution fine.

    I wonder if Bandit will be put into Memorial for fallen K9 colleagues part of the K9 dog trials website for teh dog trials he took part in.

    He should be charged with negligence and animal cruelty at the very least.

    As mad as I am, I have a few questions as I know the dogs mean the world to the officers.

    How many hours had he been working?
    I'll bet a buck that he was over worked & his brain was fizzled.

    Its still not a good excuse, BUT that just means there are more people to blame for this.

    This kind of thing happens when people are over worked to the extream.. They mess up & its usually really bad!!! I feel sorry for the dog & for the officer, IF thats the case.
