Anna, as I've said before, I've always heard the soft tissue injuries are
he slowest to heal & can be very painful. That doesn't make it hurt any less
I know. Maybe taking some ibuprofen daily could speed healing or at least lessen the everyday pain of it. Hope you feel better soon.

P.S. On a sad note, no free tomatoes this year. The empty house has
been sold and there's no tomatoes this year.

I haven't read every entry in this from beginning to end, so if my suggestion has already been given, I'm sorry.

Have you tried wearing an ace wrap on your leg - the support of it might lessen the pain.

Aw, Anna, I'm SO sorry you had a relapse. Believe me, girl, I know how depressing it is, and when you're miserable, it sucks big time!!!

Even tho my spine surgeries were 2 years ago and I'm feeling geat, there's always a day when out of the blue, I feel like crap. Same with the dog bites, especially my finger where the widdle dog bit me in June. I still have a huge, hard lump where the teethies went in. Liz is right, soft tissue injuries are the worse and take the longest, because of the way blood circulates to muscles, tendons etc. My resent slightly torn tendon in my ankle took months to heal and leave me pain free.

The "docs" here are right, ibuprophen is the way to go (so sez the ER doc. too, btw) At least you enjoyed yourself before it hurt you again, so now it's time to chill for a spell. *sends cyber kiss on boo boo to make it better*. I love you, take care.

Did you know your all great?...yeah I'm sure you did Thanks for making me feel better too. Both mentally AND physically!
Friday wasn't the greatest day and yesterday afternoon was kinda miserable...but last night was great, and so far this morning has been too
I don't know what you all did but I'm feeling so much better, even having less pain
I think there must have been some PT prayers at work for me! THANKS TO ALL!!!!

Amy, we went to that road course I posted about.

Grace, I've been wearing a bandage for about the last 3-4 weeks. God if I didn't it would be excrusciating. But thanks for the suggestion

Liz I'm very sorry to hear there are no free tomatoes for you this year

Karen, I knew if anyone would understand you would since you've had a severe dog bite/attack. I'd been taking 2 Relafen/day and they bumped it up to two. I don't think I can take ibuprofen with that, but I'll double check.
Aww and I'll make Mark give me the kiss on my Boo Boo

    I love you all!!!

AWWW poor Liz is going to have to BUY tomatoes like everyone else! LOL!

Anna I am glad you are feeling better and your spirits have brightened. Constant pain can sure wear a person down! Dogs, no matter what size, can do us in! Bella ran into me in the yard about a year ago and crashed into my knee. I saw stars! Years and years ago my other standard poodle, Whitney, banged into my teeth when I was bending down to put her bowl on the floor. Again - more stars and the teeth actually went numb for a minute or two. I guess the only breed of dog that itsn't capable of hurting us is a chihuahua! LOL! Keep feeling good Anna!!

I'm so glad you're feeling better! Now you can get more confidence back and that will make you even happier. I hadn't checked with you in a while. Sorry for that. So, I was glad to see this.

I did the right thing by setting you free
But the pain is very deep.

Please, if your dog is arthritic look into getting it Elk Velvet Antler. Look up my posts on it, PM me, or look it up on a search engine; but please if you love your dog and want it to live many more years consider this option. I've seen so many posts on here about dogs needlessly suffering. I can't make a new post about EVA every time so this plea is going here. EVA also helps with other ailments such as anemia.
