After reading through your thread, how could anyone be mad about your decision? Unfortunately this was a very difficult and painful decision you had to make. If I were in your place I honestly don't know what I would have done. When you adopted Ivy you had no idea of what his situation really was and found yourself in a terrible situation with no real options. Give credit where it's due, you didn't rush into anything and contacted the right people (for better or worse). My prayers are going out for both you and Ivy.
