Bon bit me (not feeling so blue any more!)

I tried to work last Tuesday and hurt so much after it that I got a Dr excuse to be off till the 9th. And Bon, he's doing good...well that is until tonight

OK now, do I have a black cloud hanging over my head or am I just a little off in the head
I was feeling very guilty for not taking the dogs out since I've been off work so I took them for a very short (1/2 mile total/dog) bike ride ride this evening.
It was so short that I didn't have to peddle very much (they mostly pulled me) so it wasn't too painful.
Well when it was Bon's turn Mark said he wouldn't take him if he were me, he might wreck me or something. Of course I ignored him and took off. When we were coming back Bon heard what I think was a truck bed closing and totally freaked He started running and I lost control of the bike and went down and he started pulling me and the bike along the road. Luckily I was close to the grass and didn't hit the pavement much, just a little road burn on my knee. It jarred me and I'm a little sore in my arm and chest but I'm fine.

I feel so bad because I could tell Bon was totally upset when we got home as was Mark because I got hurt again. Of course it was all my fault and I should have known better. Poor judgement on my part

I just needed a good cry so thanks for letting me.

I have contacted Nancy to see if there's anything so can do to help me help Bon. Please say a little prayer that she can.

Oh Anna, I am so sorry to hear that your little bike ride ended so badly. I know you feel guilty concentrating on yourself, but really I think the best thing you can do for Bon right now is to get yourself better. Once Bon has his whole Mom back, he will be a happier, more comfortable boy. Take care of yourself and everything will heal faster. {{{Hugs}}}

Oh Anna, you know you have lots of shoulders here to cry on anytime. I could hardly believe what I was reading. W W! that must have been scary! I am glad you didn't hurt your bad leg any more than it already is hurt. Now how are you going to explain that brush burn on your knees to the doctor without getting a lecture?

Aw, Anna...I'm so sorry about your latest Bon episode. *Sigh* at least your pride was hurt more than you were. I HOPE Mark didn't do an "I told you so" Who wuuda thunk anything would have happened in such a short distance? (oops..I do)

Your leg looks so much better, and very colorful, I might add. It'll hurt for a while, but it will get better. Soft tissue injuries, imo, seem worse than bone injuries. But hang in there, my dear friend, it WILL get better, I promise.
