Anna, I always heard that soft tissue damage can be the most painful
as it heals. I'm glad you have some short shifts at work so you're not
on your feet for long. Take it easy & heal up soon. (((Hugs)))

No, ...just have to change the information in the files. I think it costs about $12.00 each online. I got to "see" Sherman's microchip on the x-rays of his lungs, so I know his is still in place. They also scanned him, they keep his number on file at the vets office.

*taps foot - I still want to know if Mark is cooking for you, Anna!

I 100% DISagree with this statement - education is key. And Anna is way more educated on raw feeding than I am.
you may have a point but food is food. I think this would have happened even if it would have been kibble. Diana has to feed her 5 dogs in crates for the same principle. The benefits of seeing my dog go from a dog that could barely jump in the car - to running and chasing balls all over the yard and her health thriving - vs. the dull skin and itchy coat she had on kibble make me glad that she is not on kibble any more.
Anna knows that this could have happened regardless what she was feeding her crew, when you have more than one dog you will run food agression issues.

Pat I didn't know you had two sons
Glad I could give you a reminder!
And as for Animal Control, they didn't care a bit about me, or the dogs...all they wanted to do is to make sure they had their tags
Mark, a chef...whatever He does very well at getting take out though

And yes, Bon has been fed in his crate since the incident and is not allowed out until the girls are done.

Hey... I remember a REALLY good beef veggie soup Mark made. It was GOOD. I haven't been able to make some that even come close to being as good.

Aw Anna.. I was hopin' you'd feel better..but soft tissue damage is very painful and you sure have a whopper! Sure wish I lived closer to give you help and hugs..*hugs self, pretends it's you*

Speaking of which..thanks zillions you guys for all the house huntin' hints. Ya never know. I did a survey on "Findyourspot.com" a few times and it changes from Wisconsin to NC to Louisiana. I'm going to wait for my lawsuit to settle before I make any decisions. *Sigh* Sure could use a change in my ole' age.

btw..Anna.. I love the colors in your rug.

    *pout* no fair. *sniffle*

Bon, you better be a very good boy for your family from now on otherwise outsiders who don't know your story are going to think you're a big meanie. That would not be a good thing. Trust me on this.

    Re: Picture
    Awwwwe That is so cute!!!

    Re: Leg
    Yay! Glad you're feeling better!

Please, if your dog is arthritic look into getting it Elk Velvet Antler. Look up my posts on it, PM me, or look it up on a search engine; but please if you love your dog and want it to live many more years consider this option. I've seen so many posts on here about dogs needlessly suffering. I can't make a new post about EVA every time so this plea is going here. EVA also helps with other ailments such as anemia.

Did Anna have to report this then???

When Tobey bit me I went to my doctor for a tetanus jab and some antibiotics and apart from his brilliant advice which was "keep away from the sharp end" I heard no more about it

Ah yes, unfortunately I did. Didn't know that the AC or Health District would be coming though

Chris, this little guy had me LOL!

Phred, luckily Mark has a sense of humor and knows I only pick on him because I love him
And yes, your right Kay...he makes a mean veggie soup and a pretty good grilled cheese too!

Call me a big baby, but last night my leg was hurting so bad I would have cried if it would have helped and today it already is hurting a lot.
Maybe I'm pushing my self too hard and shouldn't be working but I feel like I'm being a baby if I don't
I'm going to try to get into the Dr early today and see what he thinks about it.
Sorry to be crying on your shoulder

OK, I'll repeat myself....louder...ANNA, IT'S OK TO TAKE A BREAK!!! If it hurts so bad you want to cry, maybe your body is telling you to take it a little easier for a couple more days. The world will not come to a screeching halt, nor will people decide that you are a big baby! It takes time to heal...really! (((((hugs)))))
P.S. - you can cry on our shoulders anytime, girlfriend!

    Anna,

Just checking in. I could tell by your voice last night that you weren't really feeling too good. I'm glad you are going to try and see the doctor. Hopefully he was able to get you in. Let us know what he has to say.

    Love ya!
