Then I'm sorry you don't know much/anything about dogs. Bon didn't do it on purpose. It's not like she was just sitting there and he randomly attacked her.
She got in the middle of a fight getting bit is more then likley to happen. My dogs can get into scruffs over food but never anything serious, I think most dogs will defend their food from other dogs.
