It looks a little small for a betta.It looks more like a cute decoration then a fish tank IMO.I wouldn't house my bettas in it.

Oh, that is adorable! Where did you find that?? It's hard to say how big it is from a picture, though.
I think it would be fine for a betta, actually, as long as your do frequent water changes.

I wouldn't put anythign in it until you found oyut how many gallons it holds.
It should be ok though I would use a cover. I have known people's bata's to jump out on accident!
