I just got back from the vets....without Emmers Ughhh leaving him there was the hardest thing I have had to do in a long time.

Anyway, they are gonna do some more tests (blood & urine) and possibly exrays. They are now thinking that it might be something more than just a reaction to the antibiotics.

I forgot to mention, too, that he puked again before we left for the vets. He hasn't had any dog food at all since Saturday night (and even then it was only a tiny bit), and he puked up undigested food this morning. So that is why they are thinking maybe of a blockage???? or????? I don't know.

I am so sad. I can't wait for them to call because it is so hard to sit here and not think the worst.

Anna, I'm not even going to tell you not to worry because that would be fruitless. I know I would worry. The best thing is that he is in the capable hands of your vet and I'm sure they will leave no stone unturned. I hope that precious Emerson will be just fine. If it is a blockage, they will see it on x-ray, Anna, after they give him Barium. Please know my prayers continue, my friend.
