Hi, Trihok,
Cinder, talkin'. Dad lets me 'n Boots, the Kat, play laser tag, but he's real careful to never shine the beam into or near our eyes, and we're never allowed to look at the light. If we start to stare towards the light, he turns it off and the game's over.
Seems laser light is real dangerous to look at, even the ones that claim to be "safe" are not supposed to be shined into Hoomin eyes, so Dad says we pets can't look at it either. Dad sometimes (when he can't 'member where he puted the pointer) uses his shiney watch band to reflect the sun around the room, but that doesn't work too well at night.I don't lower myself to chasing the light for very long, but the stoopid Kat would run around the room all day if Dad could hold the light pen that long. Dad can fool the dummy Kat every time by moving the light under sumthin like a couch or inta the trash bin and then turnin the light off - stoopid Kat goes boonkers lookin for where the light went to hide while Dad gets back to wachin the TV box. Kat's not the brightest bulb in the house.
Have fun tormenting your pup.
/s/ Cinder, the lil' Shepherd
