Debbie, my neighbor lost 100 lbs. on Weight Watchers. She looks terrific and the best part is that she has kept it off for several years. She says the key is to keep going to the meetings even when you have reached your goal weight.

Debbie i do weight watchers, i cannot afford the meetings so i go it alone, so i could do with a little extra support myself, i am desperately trying to loose 3 kgs I re-gained over xmas about half a stone, but i have managed to keep at least a stone off which is great going for me ,actually maintaining it for once bar the few little extras over the festive season, and then i want to loose another 15-20lbs before my 50th birthday in december, i am really struggling with it, i even do exercise daily with my treadmill and weights and have gained some muscle i never knew i had, but the weight is another story.

I believe WW is the best weight loss plan out there and have done it off and on for years now since having my first child almost 26 yrs ago, i have been battling with weighty issues that long,i am not huge, but i need to keep my weight down to for my health, it is the body fat distribution as you age that bothers me, especially the pre-menopause spread around the middle lol, which some people are lucky enough to avoid, must be genetics i think, both my mother and sister are not big people but tend to carry it there as i do, grrr....

I wish you well on the programme and it is successful, it is just we are all human and have our downfalls, don't we? so good luck and keep at it, i will never give up trying, i reckon i spend 80 per cent of my time eating WW,and i consider myself a reasonably healthy eater because of that, and 20 per cent of the time it goes completely out the window and i binge eat, there is no time limit on that either can last from 2 days to 2 months, not good,it is that 20 per cent that is the problem, I really don't have a good relationship with food, that is something i would dearly love to achieve,as i say when i am good i am really good and when i am bad i am really bad.,almost wicked really.
