I know this is an old thread but I found THE PERFECT shirt on cafepress the other day!

It says "It's not a muzzle, it's a headcollar."

It even comes in a doggy shirt!

Yeah, anyone with half a brain can figure out that a thin strap going around the base of the muzzle aint gunna stop a dog from opening it's mouth or biting. Muzzles cover the whole muzzle area to prevent teeth making contact with anyone or anything.

It's not rocket science.

not to mention you usually don't attatch a leash to a muzzle!
