    Impressive! I hope the laws are able to be implemented so there really sare stiff consequences for the purveyors of this horrible cruelty.

    Aw, that's great news! I don't suppose it'll stop all of those idiots involved in animal fighting, but it will sure have an impact on its 'popularity'.

    Fantastic! As a federal law, I hope it will encourage the states to get on the stick and pass laws that encompass even more acts of cruelty!
