I'm so sorry. I'm glad that your son wasn't hurt too badly. I hope Goof is going to be ok. I also hope that your neighbors aren't allowed to have their dogs back. They should be taken away to be evaluated (at least the one that attacked, I hope). I'm glad that guy got arrested. From the way it sounds, he probably didn't learn anything, though.
