When I learned that Menu Foods makes Wellness' canned foods, I decided to look for an alternative. Although Symba's diet consists primarily of dry kibble, and none of the Wellness dry food was implicated in the recall, I didn't want to contribute to the wealth of a company that does business with Menu Foods.

A friend of mine gave me a sample of Orijen's adult dog food to try - total success!! Symba went nuts for it, and so did the cat! I love that it's 100% grain-free and high in protein (40% compared to Wellness at 22%).
