In the Beginning, there became Pet Talk ...

First, there was Paul (SideKick of the soon-to-be Mayor); then there was Karen, the Mayor;
and that was Day One, June 24, 2000.

I joined June 29th of 2000, five days after the Mayor, so I have been here almost seven years! I must say I never imagined this would become such a part of my life or that I would meet such wonderful people here.

wow is it not amazing how long people have stayed on PT, it just goes to show how great a place it really is,i wonder if i will still be posting twenty years from now, of course i will be an old lady by then, but hopefully still capable of typing up a thread now and then he he.

I had no idea, I had to look at an old post. I was really surprised it had been four and a half years. Time flies!

I've been on PT since 2002. 5 years! 4.90 posts per day I had another account, but forgot my password. I can tell I've been on PT enough that when I tell my parents about something that happend on PT they know exactly what I'm talking about. They've even come to recognize some usernames and pets.
