    I'm so glad to hear Beau is feeling better, eating and taking his medicine - although resistant.

    Well, in the last couple hours, I've seen him eating twice. He's demanded food on the kitchen counter once. He gets fed up there so the other cats leave him alone. He didn't eat much of his food up there, but at least he wanted it. I bought a new cardboard scratcher a few days ago. They are Beau's favorite. I just saw him ripping it up!

    * Demanded & Eaten food

    * Displayed some CatAtude

    * Worked out in the gym ...

    I missed this about Beau, as I've been away from the PC for a few days.
    I'm glad you're on the mend Beau, we do love you on Pet Talk, and I love to see pictures of your wise old face. I am so glad you are getting better, hang on in there, there are many who think you're wonderful.
    I hope your sore mouth gets better soon.

    Woo HOoooo! About ten minutes ago, for the first time in days, Beau gave me his very distinct "FEED ME NOW HUMAN" meow, jumped up on the kitchen counter on his own and proceeded to wolf down almost half a can of his favorite food. That's a normal serving for him and the most he's eaten in days! I think, hope, pray we've turned the corner and he's on the way back to as healthy as Beau can get!
