Lol. Yes, my mom named him.It's not reffering to drinking. He whined a lot when he was a puppy. I always get that response to his name. "You named your dog Whino ?" I think it's pretty funny myself. He doesn't look like a Whino. His middle name is Rafael and I call him that sometimes.
