The vet just called me and said they nuetered him today (a day early), and he did well. He also informed me that one of the techs there has taken a liking to him! This is excellent! I told him that things didn't look good on my end, and if she was interested in adopting him, I don't want any compensation for what I've done. I just want to find him a good home. I'll keep you posted!

Yay!!! Let's hope this vet tech gives in and gives him a home.

Fingers crossed! He sure is a handsome boy, and a lovey one too (especially for treats!)

You are truly a WONDERFUL person for doing all this for this kitty! He knew he was at the right door that night. I hope he will find a home soon!!
Our goal in life should be - to be as good a person as our dog thinks we are.

Thank you for the siggy, Michelle!

I am SOOOOOO happy!!!! I just called and spoke with the vet technician, and she's going to adopt him and keep him! I am so relieved that the little guy is going to have a home! She's going to keep him at the vet over the weekend because she's afraid his eye infection might be contagious (she has 3 other cats and a dog!), and she's brining him home on Monday.

She's decided to name him Austin. I'm such a softie when it comes to this stuff that my eyes literally watered when she told me she was going to keep him!

Yay for Austin! And Yay for you! And "atta girl" to the vet tech! It makes me happy, too.

    Blessings,
