Update on the kitty in the waiting room

I'm sorry to report that he's going to be helped to the Rainbow Bridge today. The vet tech told me that he's been tested and retested he's been treated for months for breathing problems and they just cannot help him. It's a mystery as to why nothing is working and he's miserable so his mom wants to put an end to it. The vet tech really wasn't supposed to tell me all that she did but I told her that I wouldn't let on to anyone at the office. So say a prayer for little Sebastian. (She told me his name, too.) He needs our prayers.

    Blessings,
    Mary

Thank you for the update on Sebastian. I will pray that his trip to the Bridge is quick and that he is pain free soon. Sebastian the kitty, please watch for my Sebastian the ferret at the Bridge, he's been there for just over a month now. He's a good boy and would surely love to be your friend. Tears for you Sebastian the kitty.

{{{HUGS}}} to dear little Sebastian. I hope his crossing is peaceful...he will not hurt any more. And he'll breathe deep that sweet air at the Bridge.

    RIP dear boy.

Mary, thanks for posting, and thanks to the tech who trusted you because of your wonderful heart.

    Puddy update

Just thought I'd let you all know that my curmudgeon is back. She's getting subQ's every other day, she's totally off pain meds and the appetite stimulant and only has 3 more days to go on the antibiotic. This cat is absolutely amazing! She plays, she eats, she uses the litterbox w/no problem and boy, does she ever love her mom! She snuggles on my lap now, something she would NEVER do before. It's like she's a kitten again. She's still snarls when I have to give her treatments and meds but I'd be worried if she didn't. I'm so happy that I have my Puddy back. Thanx to everyone who prayed for her and me.

    Blessings,
    Mary

OH, I am so happy for you and Puddy!! That is such great news! Now I hope my Taz can be as strong as Puddy has been, although Puddy has been through a lot more than my kitty.
And I was also in tears at your first post about Sebastian. At least now he is all better and playing at the Bridge.

    WOO HOO for Puddy!!
Our goal in life should be - to be as good a person as our dog thinks we are.

Thank you for the siggy, Michelle!

Yes, my thoughts go to Sebastian often, sweet guy. But now he's breathing easily and is in no more pain and he isn't fearful of anything. I feel for his mom but it's been over a week now, so I'm sure her pain has eased somewhat. Sweet of everyone at PT to ask about him. What a circle of friends we have, eh?

    Blessings,
    Mary
P.S. I'm sure Taz will come along; you're very conscientious re his health care. And it's amazing what a lot of love and money will do.
