When he does wear Boots, they're a childrens' size 3~ But, I've heard a song titled "Barefoot Santa Claus" (walkin on the roof, without his boots)

So, your guess is as good as mine~

Who is in charge of cleaning up the Santa Claus suit, the sleigh , and tending to all of the harnesses~bells and the ol whip?
