    No Surgery!!!

    I just came back from the doctors and my knee checked out fine. The stiffness was there because dummy me wasn't wearing a knee support (tomorrow I buy one). I'm SO relieved! What a birthday & Christmas present!

    Just out of curiosity, David. What type of brace did your doctor recommend? Is a brace only recommended for a knee replacement and not just arthroscopic surgery? My dr. told me not to use one after the surgery back in January. Have you seen those thin velcro braces that just go under the knee?
