The customer means the vendor. They can set up their accounts either pay pal sends a receipt or they do.
I am glad you got your answer though. The only time they said I had a wrong password, they just wanted me to go through the page to verify the account.. anyway- good luck.
No, the person making the purchase is a customer. The person supplying the purchased item is the vendor.Originally Posted by borzoimom

I never have gotten the password wrong. I made that clear. I have not had to verify anything, etc etc etc etc etc.
I have not gotten any answer, though, thanks for your concern.![]()
This is just a thought, but have you checked your spam mail filter?
Has your email address been changed?
I have been transferred from Comcast to Time Warner and they are throwing all kinds of things into the spam folder.
Check it out - maybe they have responded and you aren't getting it through your regular "inbox" on your email account.
Yes, as Gini said - check your "spam" or "junk mail" folder. You'll probably find a whole lot of paypal responses in there! You then need to mark it as "not junk" or add it to your address book, so they don't keep going to spam.
Yup, I have been checking my spam folder as well. I also double-check and look in my trash can as well.![]()
