Thanks so very much. These two weeks are hard. I used to love Halloween, but now it just brings back memories of my great loss.

One year ago today, dear Shiloh, you went to Rainbow Bridge. I am still heartbroken. I miss you so much.

Here I am again, dear Shiloh. It is now two years since our final ordeal began and ended in a short two weeks time. Just want you to know that I still miss you very much and cannot get over your quick deadly illness. I've been thinking about you and remembering the great times we had together (you and Killian). As Halloween comes (the day of your death two years ago), I will be thinking of you and missing you even more. I hope you and Killian are having fun at RB and waiting for me.........

One year ago, I wrote:
Emily (who is now almost 2) still remembers you. She will stoop down where you used to sit and pretend to pet you (while Thor stands close by wondering what she is doing....). She says Shyoh, not Thor.

Now, I am very sad to say that Emily (who is almost 3) no longer remembers you. When she sees your picture, she asks if you are Thor. She does like looking at your picture, though. (sigh)
