We're so excited! Printing out directions....got the camera and extra batteries...filled up the gas tank...I think we're ready. Looks like it's going to be a beautiful day, too! Safe travel, everyone.

We took da "senic route" back home ... Wuz gonna look fur da Good Year Blimp at
Wingfoot Lake - but aftur we got there Dad thunk maybe they wuz still Flyin around da Foosball Game.

We *stetched our Legz* atta kupple Parks onna way home - hadda nice ride.

Really *NICE* Tyme atta Kusky Hike, too ...

* NICE tastin Chillie fur lunch - whut little Dad dint pig down on we hadda *split*
three wayz ... not much ta go around!
* Da Hot Dawgz were purdy *tasty* - an they gib us late-stayerz summa da "extreez"
* da Weather wuz GREAT! Lotza SUNNIE but not too hot
* Nice buncha Pups - an onlee a kuppla Husky Fights - nunbuddie gotz hurt -
just da usual Tuff Talkin! Dad telled us "Dont eben THINK about it!"

Bowz dint do so gud wiffa Hot Dawg Munchin Kontest ... he wuz *thirsty*
an kept *drinkin* stedda <munchin>.

So Who wuz There??

* Pat an JoJoe brung Sherman an Star
* Anna brung Roxie an rode wiff Jennifer - who brung Cayenne an Foster Dawg Dakota
* Angie wuz escorted by Sierra - (Buddy gots ta say back an Guard da Howze)
* An Dad (aka da Bus Driver) wuz kept in line by Us Three Amigos.

We'll get Dad werkin on Developin our *snappies* ... hope we have better luck
wiff ImageStation than da last attempt at *postin*. (We're gonna *back this wun up!)

Meeting up before the hike.
Sierra is such a sweet girl! All the other pups have met before - Roxey, Cayenne, Star, and Sherman. (No sign of Phred at this point)



After alot of official doggie greetings, the hike began!

Cayenne pulled Jennifer quickly into the lead! (She's wearing her training sled-pulling harness)

Once all those huskies started serious forward movement, instinct took over - they started to line up.
Sherman: "I get it! I get it! Let's GO!" Sierra wasn't as sure about this...

Cayenne offers a few encouraging words to the others -

...And LOOK AT THIS! Siberians on parade! (Sierra became an honorary husky!) I think this will be an 8x10 for sure!

And the sled dogs kept coming!

right down to the pups...

Many thanks to JoJoe for our hike photos, I'm afraid we didn't get any more pics after this, except one where you can almost see Phred...have to rely on the other photographers to show after-hike pics.
The chili & hot dogs were good, & there were lots of goodies in the goodie bags for the pups. And after such an exciting day, Star and Sherman konked out all the way home, and are now dreaming away...
