It takes some practice, as , it can get real messy!!:
roll the dough about 1/4 in thick, then, with your left , "floured". hand, THROW this portion into the air, about 2 or 3 feet from the counter surface!!! Here is the tricky part: While this flattened circle of dough is making its way back down, quickly smack the index finger of your "right" hand,( again, floured to the max!!!) smack dab into the center, with determined force!!! With practice, it will fall onto the counter , like a cat falls on all 4 legs!!!!!and, in pristine condition!!!
The dount hole will resemble a dog turd at this time, You can either roll it into a ball, or, fry it as is!!!!!!!!![]()
