Dinner: Beef tripe, beef liver, and ox tail
Sunday:
Breakfast: EVO RM with tuna and egg and 1 Tbsp yogurt
Dinner: Ground beef, steak, beef tripe
Monday:
Breakfast: Pigs feet
Dinner: Chicken quarters and some cut up chicken breasts.
