Yup, they are allowed to have some white. They can have a small/moderate white patch on the chest, and the toes of the hind feet. Then of course they have frosting on the muzzle once they are adults. White anywhere is is a disqualification, except on the front toes it's just a fault. You don't often find a white patch that big on groens over here, but his father is an import from France and white patches are alot more common in Europe.
