    When I first joined (after lurking a year or so ) it was about one year after my husband died, join date December 2000. I was very much alone, or thought so... not for long. Right away and now, six years later, I am still part of a loving family. Through tears, fears, elation and lots and lots of laughter. Karen, you and Paul were two of the first PT'ers I met in person at maybe the first "official" Pet Talk Meeting in Texas and that, my dears, was the start of a wonderful tradition. I have met in person, and "cyber" some of the strongest, most loving friends I've ever known. Long may we life, love and watch over each other.

    I am amazed that this forum is 9 years old already.

    While reading this thread, I can not believe that I know every single member by their name, as I registered on Pet Talk in April , 2006!!!

    Karen , Paul and "Miss Hoppy", You already know how much I rely upon your forum by now!!!

    Your willingness to create such a "wholesome" place on the Internet , to share our love and adoration for all pets, is such a wonderful gift!!!

    Happy Birthday "Pet Talk"~~~ This Site has helped me to GROW and LEARN, in so many wonderful directions , all in the span of only 5 months!!!!!!

    I am at a loss for WORDS!!!!!!

    All of you Know me too!!!!! That is the Beauty of This Forum!!!!!


    And, I Thank GOD for it!!!!!!
