Well, I think they were eaten by some anteaters.
We tried to tell them the critters were not ants. But they wouldn't listen, and they gobbled them away. I think a couple escaped though.

It makes the skate key "sticky", thus, when it is someone else's turn, they fume!!! as they dig through the dung!!!!! You must remember to let go of their tails just at the right time too!!!
