I see it in the square-ish face and his slightly wrinkly head. I walk a dog who is Shar Pei X Chow and her face is the same shape with the same wrinkles. (Just a little fluffier)Originally Posted by Jadapit

I dont see any pittie in him.I do see alot of Sharpei though! He's adorable!Good luck! Please keep us posted![]()
The pit bulls foreheads also wrinkle up. I guess I'm just getting old and blind.![]()
He does look a lot like the picture Kay posted. I owned a pit bull/ shar-pei. He had the little ears that folded over and the curly tail. He was the most beautiful dog ever.![]()

My initial thought was pit x shar pei also. He's a handsome boy, though, and I'm sure he'll have no problem finding a home if he's not claimed ^^
Kristen & the Dynamutts...
He looks around 6-7 months. I think he looks sort of like a mastiff type breed.
My best guess is Sharpei/Lab/Pit.I definately see sharpei.
Poor boy. Keep trying to get him to come out! Lots of cookies...![]()
All I see isa snuggle bug in need of a snuggleee .

The pictures I took were from afar, using my highest zoom, so it's not very clear, but I think you can get the idea of how big/old he is, and approx. his age. If he's a young pup, then I'd feel more confident handling him. I wanted to help him, but do not want to get bitten by him.
We've decided to keep him for a few days to see if someone will claim him. After that, we'll take him to the local shelter for adoption. As much as I wanted to keep him, I have to agree with my husband that we cannot afford a large breed dog at this time, plus we've already have our handful with Missy & Mocha!
Too bad, but I think he's gonna be better off with someone else who has more time & resources to take care of him than we do.
Edit: I've also placed an ads which will be printed on tomorrow local newspaper. If he belongs to someone, he'd be returned to his owner in no time. I hope.

Oh, yeah, pit bull ...........and to me his muzzle does partly look like
Shar-Pei
He is so handsome!! I see shar-pei as well, I also see Pittie. My dog is Pittie mix and that dog's face resembles my scruff! Good luck with him. He looks about a year or so.
