Sorry to hear that Ginger had some problems also but that is encouraging that it healed quickly. I hope that is the case for Katie also.

Thanks for all the well wishes everyone. Yesterday wasn't too bad. The girls were good and didn't cause me too much grief..lol. I took Tori for a nice walk to burn off some of her energy and Katie was not too happy to be left behind. They were pretty good and it wasn't until evening that they wanted to get a little rowdy and the one trying to get things started was Katie herself. I had to grab hold of her collar and make her sit by me. She was trying so hard to pester Tori and get her to play with her. Tori was a very good girl yesterday and I'm proud of her

Katie , You are such a beautiful doggie!!!!!! I'm sorry that you have injured your back leg and I hope that a "two week" rest period will have you up and active again.

    Fingers crossed Robin!
I would highly reccomend finding a vet near you that does accupuncture and chiropractic. That has really helped Keegan over the last year.
www.sycamoreanimal.com is the vet I go to and I know that people come to her all over the state.
gentle hugs and kisses to sweet Katie!

Katie seems to be doing much better. She is still limping but nothing like she was in the beginning. She is putting a bit of weight on it now. She is wanting get be active too and this can be a pain. Surprisingly Tori is being very good and leaves big sis alone when I tell her too. Katie was so wound up last night and didn't want to sit still so I took her for a ride in the car. That seemed to solve the problem. She was a happy girl after that. She doesn't really like to take her pill anymore but this girl is so good that after she spits it out a couple times and Alden and I finally get stern with her and tell her she has to "take it" she finally swallows it. We love this girl so much!

Keep those well wishes coming, please!

    Hugs and Tailwags...Robin and Katie
