Yup Phred, bloody pee for a brief time period is fairly common following a lengthy period of catheterization. It's can be a rather traumatic procedure, sometimes causing irritation of the bladder. Poor Boots!! Poor Dad You're giving it all you got, that's for sure. And I'm sure Boots surely does appreciate his Dad being such a good nurse!
